Terms of service
Last updated 1 November 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Reliant Technologies (“we”, “us”) for the use of microbuilder (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
1. What microbuilder does
microbuilder designs, builds, deploys, monitors and removes infrastructure and websites in cloud accounts you connect, such as AWS and Cloudflare, using AI models from a provider you choose. The resources it creates live in your accounts and are billed to you by those providers.
2. Your accounts and your costs
- You are responsible for the cloud, AI and other third-party accounts you connect, for keeping your access to them, and for following their terms.
- Charges from AWS, Cloudflare, your AI provider and any other third party are yours, including charges for resources microbuilder creates at your request. Cost estimates in the service are estimates; your provider’s bill is what counts. Review what you build and remove what you no longer need.
- Grant microbuilder only the access it needs. You can revoke it at any time in your provider’s console.
3. AI-generated output
Plans, configurations, code and websites produced by the AI engineers can be wrong or incomplete. microbuilder checks deployments before creating them, but you are responsible for reviewing what is built and whether it is suitable for your use, including its security and compliance.
4. Your account
- Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
- Workspace owners control who is a member and are responsible for their members’ use of the workspace.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- publish websites that deceive, defraud, impersonate others or collect credentials or payment details under false pretences;
- send spam, distribute malware, or attack or scan systems you do not own or have permission to test;
- try to get into other customers’ workspaces or data, or to disrupt the service.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
6. Plans, fees and cancellation
- The free plan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance per seat, monthly or yearly, at the prices on our pricing page, through Stripe.
- The number of seats follows the members of your workspace, with the minimum your plan sets. Changes are reflected on your subscription.
- You can cancel at any time. Your paid plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; a new price applies from your next billing period.
- If a payment fails we may limit paid features until it is resolved.
7. Your content and data
You own what you put into the service and what it builds for you. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
8. Our service
We own microbuilder and the software behind it. We work to keep it available and secure, and we may change or improve it. If we remove a feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Ending the agreement does not remove resources from your cloud accounts: they keep running, and remain yours to manage.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those in these terms, including that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or for charges from third-party providers, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell account holders by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
13. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Reliant Technologies is established. If part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
