About

Infrastructure for teams without a platform team.

microbuilder is built by Reliant Technologies for the people who need real cloud infrastructure but do not have a DevOps engineer to build it.

Why we built it

Getting an app into production on AWS properly takes a surprising amount of specialist work: networks, subnets, gateways, IAM, load balancers, secrets, logs, health checks, and then all of it again in reverse when you want it gone. Most small teams either pay a hosting platform to hide it (and accept the lock-in and the markup) or put it off until something breaks.

We wanted a third option: the speed of a platform, with everything running in accounts you own. microbuilder’s AI engineers do the work a platform engineer would, following written rules learned the hard way, and every resource they create is recorded so it can be changed or removed cleanly.

Where we are

microbuilder is young and moving quickly. The core works today: landing zones, clusters, app deploys, blueprints, microsites and monitoring. We would rather tell you what is not finished yet than have you find out. If something does not work the way this site says, tell us.

What we believe

Four rules we build by.

You own what you run

Infrastructure belongs in your accounts, on your bill. A tool that builds it should never become the place it is trapped.

No markup on your cloud

We charge for the platform, per seat. AWS, Cloudflare and your AI provider bill you directly at their own prices.

Leave no mess

Anything we can create, we must be able to remove completely. Orphaned resources that keep billing are a failure, not a footnote.

Say what is true

If a feature is not ready, we do not claim it. If something fails, the error says why and what to do next.
